Meetup Groups are today's support groups, parent playgroups, citizen groups, fitness groups, book clubs, professional groups, and other powerful local groups!

About Bellevue Zen Sitting Group

We are formed out of the Soto tradition.

Group members are not exclusive to Meet-up. They come from the community at large from many different avenues of interest and networks.

We started to sit together in June of 2007 and continue to experience weekly classes.

As with any Zen practice primary experience, not words defines who and what we are.
