    I'm interested in learning sitting meditation with some caveats. First is that I'm an atheist, and completely uninterested in dogma. Reincarnation, to my mind, is as ludicrous as the idea of heaven and hell. But I am looking for a still point in the eye of life's storms. As a discipline, sitting meditation seems to offer that. Any thoughts? ”
