    I don't have a clue. I am not that familiar with Sacramento. I have been to a Meet up that used Rancho Cordova's Library. It was a really good place. It has it's own entrance outside of the library and access to the bathrooms. You might check it out and see what availability they have and plan around that. Good Luck with your search.
