Part of the Wild Goose Zen Sangha (WGZS) led by Patrick Kundo Sensei. We meet twice a month for sitting meditation(Zazen), walking meditation (kin-hin) and teaching. We begin at 2pm and always finished by 3.30pm - ideal if you need to collect children from school! We are the Harlow branch of the larger DharmaMind Buddhist Group. We do weekly Meditation and Dharma practice evenings. We begin the evening with a forty minute meditation period. Then, over tea and biscuits, we watch a short video of a Dharma Talk from our teacher (see below), which leads into informal Dharma discussion. Meditation cushions and mats are provided.
