I am a Zen priest in the tradition of Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, and have started a meditation group that meets every Sunday night from 5 to 6. We sit for 40 minutes and talk for 20. Meditation instruction will be given regularly. We're renting space at 200 Industrial Road, Suite 122, San Carlos CA. There are no fees for the teaching, but donations to help make the rent are welcome.
