A warm, friendly place to practice the forms of Soto Zen. These include zazen (sitting meditation), kin hin (walking meditation) and dharma study. We are guided by the practice of our teacher, Tenshin Reb Anderson Roshi, Senior Dharma Teacher and former abbot of the San Francisco Zen Center.
It is possible to reduce stress and be calm and at peace. By being present to the moment, we are able to see situations as they really are and let go of the feelings of stress and anxiety when they arise. Come and join us as we practice meditation and mindfulness.
