MedMob aims to create spaces for public meditation. This creates opportunities for people to explore the practice of meditation and brings meditation into the public eye. Meditation cultivates an attitude of response rather than reaction, and this stimulates major paradigm shifts in thinking that sends ripples through all levels of society!

We had so many customers come in to the shop and express interest in wanting to do group paddles, so we said, "Sure, let's do it". Most activities are more fun with a group and stand up paddling is no exception. Our purpose is to share and spread our love of SUP to as many people as we can. We hope to educate, inspire and get others as hooked on SUP as we are! So whether you're new to SUP or a seasoned veteran, come out and make some new friends, have fun and enjoy being on the water.

Staying curious and alive while reaching for the edges, gently, we'll walk the walk together... Tr …
This group can transform your life. This group is about success. We define success as: 1) A career that we find satisfying. Do something you love, love the thing you do, and manage life and finances so that they fit one another. 2) Physical health and fitness. A body which we would find desirable if we were the opposite sex. One which has the energy and aliveness to support us in our dreams. 3) A healthy, committed primary relationship. I've studied Buddhism since 2002. I don't follow a set path, but have found wisdom in everything I've been exposed to. I'd like to find more wisdom from actual interaction and discussion with others. My first idea is to explore the book "Hardcore Zen" by Brad Warner. This punk rock musician turned Buddhist priest presents Buddhism using modern icons, recent history, and very down to earth symbolism to explain some of the most complex concepts of Buddhism in a very easy to,understand manner.
